Raspotify is a Spotify Connect client for Raspbian on the Raspberry Pi that Just Works™. Raspotify is a Debian package and associated repository which thinly wraps the awesome librespot library by Paul Lietar and others. It works out of the box on all three revisions of the Pi, immediately after installation.

- But Raspbian doesn’t support every program out of the box, and Spotify fans will be disappointed to learn that their Raspberry Pi can’t play Spotify in the Chromium web browser that comes standard on Raspbian. Luckily, we can provide you an easy way to listen to Spotify.

Install on Ubuntu
Go to Spotify in Ubuntu Software and click install. If the link doesn’t work, open Ubuntu Software and search for Spotify.
